There are different definitions of beauty and there are many degrees to each. It's really a nice thing to looking stunning, beautiful and gorgeous but it should be more than that.

It would be so nice if inner beauty triumphed over outer appearance. It is time we pushed away the Nollywood or Hollywood look and proclaim a new definition of beauty.

If I define true beauty as who you are rather than how you look, will you still be beautiful or handsome or will you just be empty?

What most people call beauty today is just physical appearance, the appealing stature, dressing and so on; beauty is far more than that if we must know, beauty is from the inside! “Pretty" is what a woman shows on the surface, beauty runs deep, it is a condition of the heart!

You're there skipping lectures, not even interested in schooling or unskilled trade; in your own case, you're comfortable with laziness to work but enjoys packaging yourself with latest wears, gadgets and hairstyles, enjoying the showers of 'you're beautiful/handsome' encomium, guess what, it is an empty beauty which won't last!

Your beauty is a function of your inner man, your character or charisma, your smiles and strength. You don’t need to fit into any superficial mould set by others to be labeled as beautiful or a certain size, or certain weight, to be beautiful.

Beauty is not about having a flawless complexion, and sexy curves but about being confident, compassionate and caring. It is about having a beautiful soul, a praying tongue and an enduring spirit.

Men; you don't need to have certain packs or muscle to be tagged handsome, all you need is to build your inner man, be bold, caring, kind-hearted and emotionally stable.

Importantly; God in you is a great source for beautification! As you place emphasis on your outer beauty, do not forget your inner beauty which matters most.

Beauty is not in the face; beauty is a light in the heart. If you're not beautiful from the inside then it's an empty beauty you portray on the outside.
